A Brief History: I started my career in 2006. By 2008 I had qualified at college and was working at a salon called Rimski. I had 4 pleasurable years at the salon working with the 2 owners and honing my skills. However, I had this urge and passion to work for a bigger company. I had a haircut at Bad Apple Hair by my now new boss Michaela. I loved the vibe in the salon and felt I would fit in well there. I'd read many books on different styles of hairdressing and also watched many demo DVD's and recognised how Michaela cut my hair. I asked if there were any vacancies and she said she was opening her own Bad Apple Hair. As I had not trained fully in the classics I had to spend 6 weeks shadowing Aid Tams (Group Creative Director). After the 6 weeks I did a test that we call "Vardering". 12 classic hair cuts & 9 blow dries. It was nerve racking but I passed with flying colours. I am now a fully fledged Bad Apple and feel totally at ease. One day I hope to own my own Bad Apple Hair !
